Online scheduling

Our online scheduler is provided by Aloha, a service provider that processes appointment requests and related messages on our behalf. Information you enter in the scheduler is shared with Aloha only so it can provide that service.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will send you appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for feedback after your visit, and other notifications from our office about your appointments, orders and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, text-messaging opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates. Your mobile number is shared only with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this website, our scheduler and our messaging (who may use it only to provide those services to us), or when required by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians may schedule appointments for their children.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information submitted through this website, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
